Uniform Drop Off - Weds. May 27th

 

Please see the message below from Dr. Luttrell regarding uniform drop-off on Weds. May 27th.  Thank you for your assistance in returning your athletic uniforms and equipment.  This is crucial since we do not have funds to replace 400+ spring uniforms.  Again, thank your for your continued support!

This is Michelle Luttrell, Principal at Loudoun County High School.

We have been granted permission from LCPS to create pick up and drop off events beginning next week. Due to strict guidelines from LCPS regarding the distribution and collection of items and staffing arrangements, families must come during their designated time to pick up or drop off items. We cannot accommodate unscheduled visits or requests for alternate pick up and drop off scenarios.

Tuesday, May 26: Senior cap, gown, lawn sign, and cord pick up from 9:00 – 3:00. LCHS purchased a lawn sign for every senior. *Rain date is June 2nd on the same schedule*

Senior Last Name A-G | 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Senior Last Name H-O | 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Senior Last Name P-Z | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Flexible pick up time for all seniors |1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

• Location: Enter and exit using the bus loop off of Dry Mill Road
• Student, parent, or immediate family member may pick up the items.
• When vehicles arrive to the designated pick up site the package that is being collected is either placed in the vehicle through an open window or the trunk; this should be a "no contact" interaction with staff members.

Wednesday, May 27: Athletic equipment and uniform drop off from 8:30 – 3:30
*Rain date is June 3rd on the same schedule*

Baseball and Softball | 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Girls and Boys Tennis | 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Girls and Boys Lacrosse | 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Girls and Boys Soccer | 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Girls and Boys Outdoor Track & Field | 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

• Location: Enter and exit using the bus loop off of Dry Mill Road
• Student, parent, or immediate family member may drop off the items.
• When vehicles arrive to the designated drop off site, the package that is being collected will be placed in the bins or boxes provided; this should be a "no contact" interaction with coaches.

Thursday, May 28: NJROTC equipment and uniform return from 10:00 – 2:30 pm
*Rain date is June 4th on the same schedule*

Grades 9, 10, and 11 | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Grade 12 | 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

• Location: Annex Building- enter using Catoctin and exit Dry Mill Road
• Student, parent, or immediate family member may drop off the items.
• When vehicles arrive to the designated drop off site, the package that is being collected will be placed in the bins or boxes provided; this should be a "no contact" interaction with NJROTC staff.

Thursday, May 28: Textbooks and library books drop off from 10:00 – 2:30 pm *Rain date is June 4th on the same schedule*

Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 will drop off textbooks and library books between 10:00-2:30 pm

• Location: Enter the bus loop and drop off books in marked locations near the B7 entrance
• Student, parent, or immediate family member may drop off the items.
• When vehicles arrive to the designated drop off site, the package that is being collected will be placed in the bins or boxes provided; this should be a no contact interaction with staff members.

Friday, May 29: Textbooks and library books drop off from 10:00 – 2:30 pm *Rain date is June 5th on the same schedule*

Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 will drop off textbooks and library books between 10:00-2:30 pm

• Location: Enter the bus loop and drop off books in marked locations near the B7 entrance
• Student, parent, or immediate family member may drop off the items.
• When vehicles arrive to the designated drop off site, the package that is being collected will be placed in the bins or boxes provided; this should be a “no contact” interaction with staff members.

Friday, May 29: Instrument and choir uniform drop off 1:00 – 3:30pm            *Rain date is June 5th on the same schedule*

Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 will return their instruments and choir uniforms between 1:00- 3:30 pm

• Location: Enter from Catoctin and follow route to D6 location. Exit on Dry Mill Road.
• Student, parent, or immediate family member may drop off the items.
• When vehicles arrive to the designated drop off site, the package that is being collected will be placed in the bins or boxes provided; this should be a “no contact” interaction with staff members.

 

Note: We are creating a schedule to allow students and their families to pick up personal belongings (gym clothes, projects, locker contents, etc.) and medication the week of June 1.  This schedule will be shared soon.
