We will begin lifting/Conditioning on Tuesday/Thursdays starting Jan 8th until season begins from 5:00-6:45 pm. Please meet in the hallway across from the main gym.
We potentially hold out of season practices from 4-6:45 outside if the weather permits instead of lifting on Tuesday/Thursdays, so please bring your gear to be safe each T/TH. Coach will send out a weekly email and post updates each Sunday with the weeks plan but please be flexible.
